Hotel rules

  1. When arrived at the guesthouse, the guest must present an identity document at the reception, check-in and pay for the accommodation services.
  2. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 24:00 on the day of arrival.
  3. Check-out time is until 12:00 on the day of departure. If available, check-out time can be extended at an additional cost, in agreement with the guesthouse administration.
  4. Time of rest in the guesthouse is from 22:00 to 7:00. At this time, it is forbidden to listen music loudly or to make noise in any other way, to obscure public order.
  5. The guesthouse and territory area is locked from 24:00 until 7:00. The guest can be admitted to the guesthouse on the request at any time.
  6. Children under age of 3 can stay for free if using existing beds. The guesthouse can offer a free children crib. The amount of cribs is limited, pre-booking is required.
  7. One guest can be accommodated in the room for an extra charge of 15 Eur / night for an extra bed. Beds are limited, reservation is required.
  8. The guesthouse does not allow:
    – to smoke (except in designated areas);
    – to move guesthouse inventory from room without administration permission;
    – to stay with pets in the room without permission from the administration;
  9. The guest must keep the property of the guesthouse well-maintained during the period of stay, comply with the fire safety regulations and sanitary requirements.
  10. If the guest has noticed defected inventory or damage the inventory, it must be immediately informed to the guesthouse administrator.
  11. The guest who has damaged the hotel inventory or other property must compensate the hotel for any damage.
  12. If the guest lose room key, the payment of 20 Eur will be charged.
  13. Guests must use the Internet in order to comply with the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania.
  14. The guesthouse is not responsible for storing money and expensive valuables in rooms.
  15. Failure to comply with the above listed rules will result in the guest being removed from the guesthouse and the money paid for the accommodation will not be refunded.
